MAKING A POSITIVE IMPACT

I created Strive Fitness to allow people of all ages to enjoy a effective total body workout whether through Bootcamp Training, TRX Suspension Training or High Intensity Interval Training. I offer both couples and small group training both virtually, in home or at local parks in the area.
I have had the great pleasure of working with some the most talented trainers in the area for nearly 10 years honing my skills, and now I would like to share them with you. Fitness is a way of life. Let's share the journey together.
